Basic Services
The following services are available to all residents and are included in your monthly rent:
- Private or shared room
- Utitlities (except cable and telephone)
- Cable and phone hook-up available (not included in monthly rent)
- Common and recreational areas (indoors and outdoors)
- Activity programs
- Emergency call system
- Coordination of transportation
- Service planning and assessment
- Three meals and snacks daily
- Personal laundry assistance weekly
- Housekeeping and linen services
- Health monitoring
- Occasional assistance with grooming and hygiene
- Medication management
- Assistance with bathing twice per week
- Assist scheduling medical appointments
- Occasional assistance with dressing
Residents requiring services beyond those provided in the basic monthly rent will be assessed at Level 1 or Level 2.
Specialized Care
Includes levels one & two services plus additional individualized care to meet special needs is available for an extra charge.
In addition to these services, we provide respite care and support groups.
